Ripple (XRP), a top five cryptocurrency with a $43.6 billion market capitalization, has increased over 50% in the past 24 hours. As of December 21 2017, according to CoinMarketCap, Ripple ranks fourth on market cap, just behind the digital money giants Bitcoin, Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash.
